I called and got the voice mail to either email or text photo for estimate so I did. I received a quote by text at night with a few options for appointment dates. I chose the following day and Miguel showed up as promised. He was very professional and courteous in texting and in person. He set up his work area very neatly and covers floor where he need access to. I didn’t even have to vacuum after he’s gone! He vented the odor out and advised me to allow 24 hour for drying. Just to be safe and I’ll leave it for a couple more days. He offers 3 year warranty.
By the way, this is the second time I have to reglaze my bathtub because the other company with nearly 5 star yelp review couldn’t get the job done right. The other company offered me life time warranty but won’t honor it and insisted me for misusing my bathtub. I was tired of calling them back and each time have to hear them accusing me for something I didn’t do. I’m yet to see if the refinishing job Protub did for me holds but it looks nice and brand new after a day.
I will update a week later with photo. Cross my fingers there’ll be no issue.
