I don’t normally like to write reviews. But today I’m making an exception. I I looking for a reputable company to re glaze my bathtub and found them here on Yelp and saw that it has very good reviews. Which I liked. So I called the number listed in the page. And get a answering service and it says that the mailbox is full!!! But it also says that you can email them to get a quote. Ok. So I emailed them. Like a day later I get a response asking me to send some pictures for a more accurate estimate. So I send the pictures. Then I get my estimate. But o still have a few questions so I asked them to contact me via phone. I prefer to speak to a person directly. I never hear from them. I tried calling multiple times and I only get the same recording.
I don’t know if this is a one man company. Which I’m lo with that as long as he can provide a good customer service. But so far I can’t speak positive about them. Now I’m starting to wonder if those positive reviews are legit?
Ok I just wanna give an update about Miguel.
Noticed a small problem with the tub and it’s been about 6 months since he was here. So I sent him a text and he responded hours later which is understandable since he is working. Well anyway he came by on the same day and took care of the problem. I really appreciate that.
